Shipper agrees that its Shipment is well inspected to accept for transportation and is deemed unacceptable in following cases :
-If it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation), ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods) any applicable government department or relevant organisation.
-If it contains any other item which DHL or any other carrier decides cannot be carried safely or legally, or its packaging is defective or inadequate.
-If it contains counterfeit goods, animals, bullion, currency, banderols/tax stickers, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones; real or imitation firearms, parts thereof, weapons, explosives and ammunition; human remains, pornography or illegal narcotics/drugs).
We at ROYALRAHI GLOBAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD make every reasonable effort to deliver your shipment according to delivery schedule but ROYALRAHI are not liable if a shipment is misdelivered, lost, damaged, or delayed because of circumstances beyond our control.
-Act of NATURUAL Disaster ’, for example earthquake, cyclone, storm or flood
-Embargo ,war, plane crash.
-Customs or other government official’s restrictions
-Any delay or characteristic to do with the nature of the shipment, even if known to us when we accepted it by sender, receiver, customs or Government officials .
-RoyalRahi is not liable even if the sender did not ask or know about a third party arrangement
-RoyalRahi is also not liable for electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of electronic or photographic images or recordings, damaged on account of handling in transit.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ROYALRAHI and its affiliate companies and their respective representatives, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims arising out of your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and any of your activities conducted in connection with the ROYALRAHI GLOBAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD website.
The carrier of the goods herein described is liable for any loss of or damage to goods accepted by him or his agent except as hereinafter provided. Where a shipment is accepted to carriage by more than one carrier the carrier issuing the Bill of Lading and the carrier who assumes responsibility for delivery to the consignee.
